It is mainly watercolor, but I utilized a white gel pen, and a black ink pen for details :)

Wow, thank you so much for saying that! I first sketched the wolf in graphite on top of watercolor paper (not sure if it was cold or hot pressed), then soaked certain areas of the paper to allow the color to run. After I had used watercolor on the majority of the piece I used a black ball point pen and white gel pen to add in details.
